Window Patching Machine

Feeder:
1. Cam Drive timing belt feeding system will provide stable and high feeding speed.
2. Top load blank for non-stop feeding.
3. Applicable to 300 g/m2 up to E-flute corrugated cardboard.
4. Suction belt providing more stability. 
Positioning Device:
1. Easy set-up for blank position in a needing range.
2. Delivery blanks in position by pushing block on the chain.
Glue System:
1. Automatic motor driven system for keeping glue roller turning while machine in stopped.
2. Easy-Glue-Clean-Up-System is able to pull and slide out the whole glue system for clean up.
3. Standard suction belt to hold the blank in synchronize position while applying glue.
4. Photo sensor detector automatically controls the glue roller to lift off when blank is not feed.
5. Partial Glue system with Bottle Glue for changing and refilling easily.
Film Section:
1. Rotary knife film cutting system for clean edge film cutting.
2. Use suction cylinder to hold the cut film in position before applying the film onto blank.
3. Easy adjusting handle for positioning the film to the blank.
4. In order to reduce the film scratch which the suction cylinder made by finely process.
5. Film stop cutting function while sheets stop feeding (Film saving function). 
Delivery Section:
1. The blank will be transferred onto the delivery conveyor belt in overlap way.
2. Motor drive conveyor belt to provide different speed for different blanks.
3. Slide out conveyor for clean up easily. 
4. Conveyor belt to timing speed up for showing fixed amount (Quantification device).
